Is Snowball Fight Online free?
Yes. The game is free to play in your browser. Snowflakes you earn in matches unlock characters, which are cosmetic only.
Do I need to download anything?
No. It runs in any modern desktop browser — open the page, pick a name and you are in a match.
Can I play on my phone?
The game is built for desktop browsers with a mouse and keyboard. Touch controls for phones are not available yet.
How do I play with friends?
Pick the same mode (Team battle or Free-for-all) and you will be matched into rooms as they fill. Rooms fill automatically, so there is always someone to throw at.
What are snowflakes?
Snowflakes are earned in every match — more for a high finish and for staying alive, with bonuses for winning and for your first match of the day. Spend them on characters in the lobby shop.
Is my progress saved?
Your progress is saved for this browser. Use the progress code in the lobby to move it to another browser or device. Clearing your browser data without the code can lose it.
What are the controls?
Move with WASD or the arrow keys, aim with the mouse and click to throw. Crouch to refill snowballs faster, and use your items with Q and E.
