Terms of Service
These terms apply when you play Snowball Fight Online (“the game”), operated by Pandasoft Ltd (“we”, “us”). By playing you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
1. The game
The game is free to play in your browser. We may change, pause or stop the game, its features, maps, items and prices at any time. Matches may include computer-controlled players.
2. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you need permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Your conduct
- Choose a nickname and send chat messages that are not offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or impersonating someone else.
- Do not cheat: no modified clients, bots, exploits, automation or attacks on our servers.
- Do not share personal information (yours or anyone else’s) in nicknames or chat.
We may filter content, reset balances, remove items, or suspend or ban players who break these rules, without notice.
4. In-game currency and items
Snowflakes (❄) are earned by playing. They and the skins or items they unlock have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services, cannot be transferred or sold, and are licensed to you for use in the game only. We may adjust balances to correct errors or abuse.
5. Your progress
Your progress is linked to a random player ID stored in your browser. If you clear your browser data without saving your progress code, we may not be able to restore it.
6. Intellectual property
The game, its art, code and content belong to us or our licensors. You are welcome to stream, record and share gameplay, including in monetised videos and streams, as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
