Christmas Market: Santa is flying in

A market made for snowball fights
At the centre stands a giant Christmas tree wrapped in glowing ornaments. Around it, gift piles and lamp posts give you plenty of cover — and the tree itself blocks snowballs, so circle it when things get hot.
Twelve market stalls line the square. Hit one with a few snowballs and it drops supplies, so the stalls are worth fighting over early in a match.
Look up
Every couple of minutes you will hear sleigh bells. Santa and his reindeer — Rudolph in the lead — fly across the sky, leaving a trail of golden sparkles. Everyone on the map sees it at the same moment, so take a second to enjoy it. Just not too long.
Wildlife on the loose
- Polar bears roam the edges. Hit one and it chases you — lead it into the other team.
- Snow foxes grab power-ups and run off with them. Hit one to make it drop its prize.
- Penguins belly-slide away when hit, bumping anyone in their path.
And if a match runs long, keep an ear out for a roar: the Yeti visits this map too.
Quick tips
- Use the tree to break line of sight when you are low on health.
- Raid the stalls before the other team does.
- The bridges over the frozen stream are choke points in team battles.
